1. Beta. The service is free, experimental and may change, break or stop at any time without notice.
2. Information only. Results are automated checks of public on-chain data. They are not financial, investment or legal advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell.
3. No guarantee. Results may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. "No red flags found" does not mean a token is safe.
4. Your decisions. You alone are responsible for what you buy or sell. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss.
5. No funds, no keys. We never hold funds and never ask for private keys or seed phrases. Anyone who does is not us.
6. Fair use. Free limits apply. No abuse, scraping or automated flooding; access may be limited or blocked.
7. Scam lists. Entries are marked suspected or confirmed with their source. To dispute an entry, contact tokensc@mail.grokbot.com. Support is automated for speed and efficiency.
8. Data. We store your Telegram user ID, scans and watchlist only to run the service and enforce limits. Ask at tokensc@mail.grokbot.com to delete it.
9. Changes. These terms may be updated; continued use means you accept the current version.
